Terms of Service

1) The client will be sent a contract via the first payment invoice, found in the Terms & Conditions section. By paying the invoice, the client agrees to the terms stated within that contract.2) The payment will be split into three separate invoices:First invoice requiring the payment of 15% of the full price that has to be paid before the artist starts working on the commission.Second invoice requiring the payment of 50% of the full price that has to be paid after the sketch is approved.Third invoice requiring the payment of 35% of the full price that has to be paid before receiving the finished artwork.3) The client will be provided a hard deadline. If the artist doesn't deliver the finished artwork within that deadline, the client has the right to request a full refund.4) Once the first payment is received the artist will provide 3 sketches. The client may either choose one sketch to be completed, select features of multiple sketches to be combined into a new sketch or request a modification of an existing feature. Upon receipt of the second payment the artist will begin working on the final artwork.5) Progress updates will be provided at two intervals: base coloring and shading and completion of the render without post-processing. The client may request small changes at these points however a major change may require renegotiation of the timeframe and fee. When work on the final artwork is complete a watermarked, low resolution version will be sent to the client for final approval. Once the third invoice is paid the artwork will be provided in the form of a high resolution file e-mailed to the client.6) If at any point the client chooses to cancel the contract and forfeit the work done so far any payments already made are non-refundable. If at any point the client has failed to respond to sketches or status updates provided for a period of longer than one month the contract may be rendered void and further work will require renegotiation.7) Once the commission is complete, the piece becomes the property of the client. Even so, I still maintain authorship credit, meaning that the client cannot claim the work as their own, the client cannot alter the work without my permission, and I reserve the right to post this piece on my portfolio and social media at my discretion.8) The client cannot sell or reproduce the finished commission in any capacity. If the client does wish to sell or otherwise commercially reproduce the finished commission, this request can be submitted for consideration at any time, but will not be accepted without further payment and the entry into a new, separate contract.9) Under absolutely no circumstances do I consent to any finished commission or progress pictures being used/sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or used to further the progress of AI art software.10) NSFW illustrations are any artwork that is sexually explicit or can be seen as extreme gore. The client must be 18 or older to commission NSFW art. The artist does not take responsibility if the client is underage and lied about their age to purchase a NSFW commission. The artist has the right to turn away any commission requests that they feel uncomfortable illustrating.NSFW illustrations are double the price of standard SFW commissions.11) I will not draw fetish art, sexual content including minors (real and fictional) and real life people.
